sad news..

Because of the travel time and gas expense, I will no longer teach at the Caldwell YMCA. Sad I know... I have enjoyed teaching Zumba so much over there and will miss all of you terribly. Please know that I will always love Caldwell and the people that have shown so much support and love to me. Thank You so much!!

New classes at a new gym..

Impact fitness for women, hired me on as a zumba instructor. I teach there Monday-thursday and it is a beautiful place to be..

Monday and Wednesday class is at 5:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday class is at 6:00pm

Come and check it out! It's 10 dollars a class or there are great rates for members!! As little as 25 dollars a month!!

So glad I am not sick anymore!! Never had the swineish flu.. so that is good...

Yes, I have the flu..

I tested positive for influenza A, and was tested for swine flu Yesterday. I have Christina Subbing the Saturday 8am class and she will be awesome I am sure.. don't miss out.

As far as the Downtown Y... Natalie subbed for you today and I am sure did GREAT! There may be some other formats thrown at you just until I get better.. If you want a chance to teach.. Contact me please!! Now is the time.. It could be as many as 3 weeks....ugh!!

Zumba baby!!

So, I am now teaching classes at the downtown Y as well as the saturday class at the Caldwell Y. Check them out!! It is so fun!!

Zumba Schedule and new Instructors..

I am working at the Caldwell YMCA still, I promise!! Saturday at 8 am, so don't cry. ;) I also am starting at the Downtown YMCA this Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 and Friday at 10am. Come and Dance with me!! I am so thrilled to have this new venue to dance in and have fun in. The people are so great so far and love the latin twist we have in Zumba.

There are several new Instructors coming your way... Here is a picture of how awesome they are and how much they love Zumba!! Look for me in classes randomly.. you never know when I may pop up.. XOXOXO

I will be working Saturday mornings @ 8am at the Caldwell Y. If you would like to come and party with me, I will see you then. Sorry if you feel I have ditched you, but circumstances required me to move to Eagle. I will start working at all 3 YMCA Facilities and will post the Class times when I figure it all out.
